What is Black Love Baby? Black Love Baby is a Black-owned, woman-owned brand offering thoughtfully curated baby gifts rooted in love, family, and culture. Through our Culture Boxes and The Culture Shop, we celebrate Black stories, uplift Black-owned brands, and create meaningful gifts for life's earliest and most beautiful moments.
Do you only carry items from Black-owned brands? Yes — every single item. Every product in our Culture Boxes and The Culture Shop is sourced from a Black-owned brand. That's not a tagline, it's our commitment.
CULTURE BOXES
What are Culture Boxes? Culture Boxes are our signature curated baby gift boxes, each one filled with a thoughtful selection of items from Black-owned brands, beautifully packaged and ready to give.
What's included in a Culture Box? Each box includes a curated mix of items, typically an affirming storybook, babywear or an accessory, and a meaningful keepsake. The exact contents vary by box theme, and each product page lists exactly what's inside.
Are Culture Boxes ready to gift? Yes. Every Culture Box arrives packaged with care and intention — no wrapping, no assembling, no stress. Just give it.
THE CULTURE SHOP
What is The Culture Shop? The Culture Shop is where you can browse and buy individual items from Black-owned brands, books, bodysuits, cards, keepsakes, and more. Shop individually or mix and match to build your own box.
Can I buy items individually without a gift box? Absolutely. Every item in The Culture Shop can be purchased on its own and will ship individually.
BUILD YOUR OWN CULTURE BOX
How do I build my own Culture Box? Browse The Culture Shop, add your favorite items to your cart, then add a Build Your Own Culture Box ($15). We'll package everything together into one beautifully curated, gift-ready Black Love Baby box.
Do I have to add the Build Your Own Culture Box? Only if you want everything packaged together as one gift. Without it, items will ship individually in standard packaging.
What if I forget to add the Culture Box packaging? Items will ship individually. If you realize after placing your order, reach out to us at info@blacklovebaby.com as quickly as possible and we'll do our best to help.
PACKAGING AND GIFTING
Can I include a gift message? Yes! During checkout you can add a personal note to be included with your order. If you need help with wording or have a special request, just reach out, we love helping make gifts feel personal.
Can I ship directly to the recipient? Yes. Simply enter the recipient's address as the shipping address at checkout.
SHIPPING
When will my order ship? Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. During holidays or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer, we'll always communicate any delays.
Do you ship internationally? At this time, we ship within the United States only.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
What is your return policy? All sales are final, as most of our products are curated and gift-packaged. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@blacklovebaby.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
